Podcast Description: As the year comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and intentionally plan for the year ahead. In this episode, we explore the concept of a Year-End Review, inspired by insights from Tim Ferris and his “Past Year Reviews” (PYR). Unlike traditional New Year’s resolutions, PYRs focus on learning from the past to create actionable and meaningful goals for the future.

Each Weekly Muster begins with a 20-minute check-in, where participants share their personal wellness scores (on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 meaning “all is well”). This roundtable discussion fosters a sense of connection and introspection, setting the stage for the deep dive into today’s topic.

The second half of the session focuses on how veterans can apply the Year-End Review process to reflect on their personal and professional growth, identify lessons learned, and influence their well-being in the coming year.
